These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) govern your relationship with DGZone Inc. (“us”, “we”, or “our”) and the use of our token creation service. Please read these Terms carefully before using our service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access our service.

2. Token Creation and Legal Liability

After the token is created using our service, all legal liability is transferred to the user. We do not own any aspect of the token. Our sole responsibility is maintaining the decentralized IPFS hosting via Pinata.

3. No Refund Policy

There are no refunds for any transactions or services provided. Once a token is created, the transaction is final.

4. User Responsibility for Illegal Activities

If you engage in any illegal activities such as pump and dump schemes or rug pulls, all liability falls on you, the user. We are not responsible for any illegal actions taken using the tokens created through our service.

5. Glitches and Bugs

Should there be any glitches or bugs in our service, we will work to resolve them and may issue refunds for technical issues at our discretion. However, no refunds will be provided for any other reasons.

6. Reliance on Pinata for IPFS

We rely on Pinata for IPFS hosting. Should Pinata experience downtime or issues, the liability is with them. We are not responsible for any disruptions in service caused by Pinata.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will DGZone Inc., its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
